Harper's Room

Okay, so this is a little late but as with other plans her early arrival threw everything off.  I had a mental date of June 1st to get her room finished, our bags for the hospital packed and all last minute purchases and loose ends finished.  I guess little miss Harper had other plans...(secretly I think she enjoyed seeing her mom and dad run around frantically trying to figure out what we were doing when she arrived...) You should have seen us when we got back from the hospital...  :)

So, without further ado here is her room... (it is still a work in progress as I need more "girlie" touches, but I can work those in when I find the right piece).

Bought these paper dolls in Omaha at an antique store when we went to celebrate my grandma's birthday.  The girl on the far left has the name "Patty" wrote on her undies.  :)

Ty made bookshelves which houses some of my favorite books.

This is the chair Tyler and I reupholstered.  The end table is from Junk Jubliee and the green and brown octagon quilt my Aunt Sissie made.
